Problem
Trip Planning is a service that Inspirato members get with every trip, it is a bit part of the value prop of Inspirato. However, members don't often use this service, and there was speculation the Care team was to blame. We were tasked with discovering the frustrations with trip planning and to recommend a plan of improvement.
